August 24 — Riyue Co., Ltd.’s Plant 4 has completed successful delivery of core castings for Sijin Intelligent’s 426 cold‑former. The components feature a pouring weight of 160 tons and a blank weight of 131 tons.
This milestone represents Riyue’s first in‑house development and delivery of large‑scale cold‑former castings. The achievement opens a new business vertical for the company and further strengthens its portfolio of high‑end capital‑equipment cast components.
The cold‑former castings were a new development program with no prior production reference within Riyue. The part required single‑piece monolithic casting: high molten‑iron throughput combined with an extremely narrow casting window demanded extreme process accuracy and end‑to‑end production governance.

Faced with this new‑product challenge, the Plant 4 engineering and manufacturing team refined process parameters and enforced tight production controls. The first unit achieved successful single‑pour formation and was delivered on time to full quality specifications, demonstrating Riyue’s proven manufacturing competence for new market segments. Sijin Intelligent awarded a commemorative banner, acknowledging Riyue’s product performance, process expertise and delivery reliability.
Sijin Intelligent Forming Equipment Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures and markets multi‑station high‑speed automatic cold‑forming systems and die‑casting equipment. A long‑term specialist in cold‑forming machinery, Sijin Intelligent delivers premium fastener‑forming solutions for wind power, heavy‑industry and other key sectors. This project establishes a solid framework for expanded joint work on large‑equipment cast components moving forward.

Cold‑formers are critical capital equipment for high‑strength fastener production. Large‑dimension fasteners manufactured on these machines underpin key industries including wind power, nuclear energy and heavy‑duty engineering. As these sectors scale up, demand for large‑size high‑strength fastener solutions continues to grow, creating expanding market opportunities for cast parts for premium cold‑forming machinery.
This delivery marks a strategic step for Riyue to complete its offering for forming‑equipment cast components. It builds a firm foundation for pursuing targeted niche markets and diversifying the company’s product portfolio.
Going forward, drawing on its well‑established heavy‑section ductile‑iron technology base, Riyue will continue to capture new opportunities across high‑end equipment component markets. The company aims to enable greater self‑reliance within the domestic high‑end forming‑equipment industrial ecosystem.
