We operate 77 sand mixers with a maximum throughput of 100 t/h and 33 composite resin sand reclamation lines. The single-line processing capacity ranges from 10 t/h to 60 t/h, enabling us to flexibly address diverse production demands, from small precision castings to large heavy-wall castings.

We operate 47 electric furnaces (max. 45T), 78 shot blasting machines (max. 125T), and 591 cranes (max. 250T), featuring extensive lifting coverage and high production mechanization for efficient and reliable manufacturing.

We operate 77 sand mixers (max. 100T/h) and 20 resin sand reclamation lines (max. 60T/h). Three of our lines adopt advanced domestic technologies with an investment of 5 million yuan, ranking among the top in China’s foundry industry.
