The delegation was accompanied by Xu Qiang, Vice Mayor of Ningbo; Chen Jian’en, Deputy District Chief of Yinzhou District; Zheng Hui, Party Secretary of Dongwu Town, alongside other municipal and district officials. During the on-site discussion, Secretary Li highly commended Riyue Heavy Industry’s outstanding expertise in high-end equipment castings, mature smart manufacturing system and strict quality control standards. He mentioned Zhejiang and Qinghai have built long-standing, solid cooperative ties through paired regional collaboration. Rich in natural resources and industrial growth potential, Haixi Prefecture is pushing forward Qinghai’s Four Industrial Bases development strategy.
